Hott Shotz Images Refund/Cancellation Policy

Hott Shotz Images (H.S.I) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a photo session.

If Hott Shotz Images refuses a new or scheduled photo session, registrants will be offered a refund.



Photo Shoot Cancellation by Participant



Participant cancellations received within 15 days of photo shoot may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.



H.S.I Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

(H.S.I) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If (H.S.I) cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the event, (H.S.I) has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new  future date. Unless specifically stated during booking, the deadline to receive a refund for an event is 30 business days before the event. Event cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

H.S.I Flash Drive/ CD Return
Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchaseddirectly from (H.S.I) require prior authorization. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by (H.S.I) within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty days of purchase, we will replace,substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any (H.S.I) product that is deemed defective.





Wedding Retainer and Payment: Client shall reserve the time and date of services by signing and returning a wedding contract along with a non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee of $150.  Date is not reserved until the signature of the contract and deposits are received. The balance due for the photography services must be paid in full no less than 30 days before the event date. In the event Client fails to remit payment as specified, Hott Shotz Images shall have the right to immediately terminate the agreement with no further obligation without refund.

Wedding Cancellation: If for any reason Client cancels the wedding contract before the wedding date, Hott Shtoz Images will keep the deposit. Cancellation must be made in writing, email or telephonically and must be done 30 days prior to the event date, any money paid in addition to the deposit will be refunded to the client if the cancellation falls within the cancellation time period.
